The following packages give indications of what eventStream may cost. We'd be happy to discuss in detail what we can do for you and show you a sample of the service.

What you get:

  • Camera Operator with Broadcast quality digital video camera and associated audio recording equipment.

  • Computer operator with IT equipment to enable live encoding of presentation.

  • Backup recording of presentations on Digital Video tape.

  • Processing of all presentations to both video and audio versions.

  • Conversion of Powerpoint presentation into compressed web viewable smaller file.

  • Uploading of presentations to our streaming server within 24hrs.

  • A web page menu of the presentations uploaded.

  • Notification of the URL for access to the presentations.

  • Hosting of the eventStream presentations on our streaming server for 6 months.
 

What we need from you:

A copy of the Powerpoint presentation that will be shown with each presentation. (Please note this needs to be exactly the same file that is being used by the presenter - any last minute changes need to included on our version.) This can be supplied on CD or any USB removable storage device.

The Small Print:

This is based on each presentation being no longer than 45 minutes. If you anticipate presentations running over that time, we'd be happy to discuss the impact of this to our process and any additional costs that might be incurred.

These costs are based on up to 100 views of each eventStream presentation per month. More traffic on our streaming server will incur additional costs. These costs depend on the amount of traffic.

However you will not be invoiced for any such costs without notification and discussion of the situation prior. We like to ensure that any surprises our customers receive from us are pleasant.
