Our team will arrive at the presentation with a broadcast Digital Video camera, notebook computers and associated cables and connectors. We patch into the in house audio system for a clean feed of the sound and set up discretely at the rear of the room.

We have a copy of the Presenter's powerpoint presentation on our computers and synchronise the presentation with the video recording as it happens.

At the conclusion of the presentation we process the captured footage with the powerpoint into one easy to use eventStream presentation. This is then uploaded onto our streaming media servers for general or restricted access (as determined by you).
